Corona Renderer

I did these a few weeks ago, just two simple scenes to try out the Corona Renderer for 3ds Max. Lovely to work with and quite quick too. The dof is in done in camera, I was surprised how fast it was.




XGen primitives in Maya

I haven't posted on here in a long time! After seeing the work of Lee Griggs, it inspired me to dig into XGen in Maya. These are some results I ended up with. XGen is great, it's an addictive and fun tool to play around with. The primitive I used here was a cube. All rendered with Arnold with some slight fog and contrast added in post.

Exposure and Lighting Experiment

This is purely an exposure and lighting test. Rendered with mental ray using the Physical Sun and Sky. I used mental ray photographic exposure controls for the result too. Very basic textures and shaders likewise. Model kindly provided by Dwayne Ellis.
